Excellent ramen, the best I have had! The pork belly was amazing, the deep flavor of roasted pork in the broth was amazing!

Their gluten free ramen and sushi was fantastic! My partner has a gluten sensitivity (rather than Celiac), but he was able to... eat here no problem. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive, bonus points for the Pride mask. ?? Plus it all met mysuper picky ramen standards: melt-in-your-mouth pork belly, seasoned soft-boiled egg, delicious broth smothered in black garlicoil. ???? I might could complain about how thin the gluten free noodles are, but that would be quite the nit-pick. I think myonly real complaint in that one bowl came full to the brim while the other was maybe half full. Zero explanation as to why. Read more

Great ramen, something for everyone! Nozaru puts out a solid, tastey broth, and they accommodate a wide variety of dietary... restrictions. I ordered the gluten-free, Tonkatsu Heights with pork belly. It was a treat to have the gluten-free noodles andnot miss out! The pork belly exceeded my expectations as well, so delicious! The ambiance is great, especially if you are ableto score the patio table! Also an unexpected surprise was the white peach Chu-Hi. If you like Chu-Hi, you will be excited toknow they serve it here.
