Reviews for Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee in San Diego, CA
Good coffee from el Salvador My cappuccino was on point thanks
Today I experienced the worst customer service at the Nordstrom Ebar. I just asked a simple question, ?Does the matcha have any... sweetener in it?? The response put me in shock- the lady told me ?NO THATS WHY I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED FLAVORING?. Now if youread that in your head it doesn?t sound too bad. But trust me, the attitude and response that I was given would have had youdisgusted. I followed up by paying for my matcha latte with vanilla syrup with dollars and coins, the employee was clearlyjudging me for using dollars and coins. I was getting poor shamed, even though I had just a whopping $7.10 for a nasty matcha.Moving on to my friends experience at the nordstrom Ebar, (yes you heard that right TWO awful experiences minutes apart by thesame employee with the tattooed eyebrows). My friends pasta salad on the back says $6, but when she asked about the price of itthe rude employee said in a bratty tone ?It?s 9.15?. I am appalled by my experience today at the Nordstrom Ebar in La Jolla.Let?s just say they will never be getting by business again or my friends. Or anyone aj know, I will sharing this experiencewith everyone I know. Read more
This is the hidden gem of UTC mall if you're up for coffee ?. Fast and friendly service and very decent coffee
Tried the peanut butter protein smoothie ,tastes great ,places clean ,covid-19 protocol for them place excellent service.
It?s the only place in many countries where I was rejected to put the plastic container with my baby food in the microwave for... 30 seconds. And I did buy their products (even though I don?t think it matters). I asked why and the cashier guy with rastassaid ?it?s not our product?. Hope he will get this every time with his own kids. Bagel is good, coffee too, staff no so friendly
Came here yesterday with my husband.. ordered latte and other stuff, and from the register the person help us was really not in... the mood. We are all tired I get that, I?m also in customer service job.. it?s not easy. But it?s our job to smile and leavewhatever we go through behind coz we are choose to work for time and half payment.. so we let it go.. and wait for our order..my husband forgot to ask for water in the cashier ( which is the same person that help us. She have glasses and 2 pink ponytailin her hair last night) so he approached her asking if we could have water with no ice.. she gave us attitude as if we didn?torder anything, ok I get it.. but is it too much to ask to treat your customer nicely too.. just say ?you know what we are verybusy we have new rules that we could not give water here. It should be done at the register when you order.? We are not rudepeople we would understand.. and to the other ?Karen?who join in the conversation being rude too without knowing the whole thingverify first before jumping in the situation.. to the manager kindly replay the cctv camera (November 25 at 5:45ish to 6:15pm)and if you have an audio much better listen to the conversation and see what happened.. And also please check your employee ifthey don?t feel good advice them to stay and enjoy the company of their loved one.. rather than pushing your self to work andyou blast on your customer.. and also the price of coffee here is premium, but we pay that price willingly at least we deserveto have a good customer service.. I love Nordstrom, the La Jolla is the best.. Clean store and very nice ambiance. But I won?tbe spending one more dime in Ebar and make sure my friends and family too.. Let?s support other small business that have cafésthat have good customer service.. smiley people is what we need in this world.. it doesn?t cost us anything to smile.. Read more
