The 1 star rating is for the guy (not the younger one) worked there on 01/19/2022 around 8pm. He scammed the money on my gift... card, he didn?t tell me the exact amount left on my card. Do you believe that the leftover of a gift card can be used up exactlyfor one transaction, just the amount I need to pay? He also refused to give me the receipt and the gift card back. I?m sure Ihave more money left on my card. This guy was dishonest! As a frequent customer, this was the first time I had this issue, thecashiers served me before always asked me if I want to keep the card and gave me the receipts. If you don?t want to redeem thepromotion for the customer, tell the truth, don?t play tricks. Honest is the most important thing to be a cashier and runbusiness! BTW, I used to shop several times for froyo and buy at least 3 cakes from your store every year, but since now, I willnot return for your business. Read more

Horrible customer service. They don't take Groupon gifts cards, very dirty, they show up on the floor while a customer is paying... after that they disappear to the back, and while you are pay he will be on the phone!!! Read more

Great place to get some frozen yogurt. I loved they had no sugar added strawberry and really great options that weren't made... with high fructose corn syrup. They guy that was working there tonight was super friendly and was wiping things down and keepinghimself busy. 5 stars for just him. He needs a raise for sure ???? Read more

This place is legit. Frozen Yogurt done well!!! It?s clean, fun atmosphere and a variety of yogurt as well as toppings. I love... the Magic Shell... yum. They also have a rewards system which always seems to help. Monday and Friday they have $6 fill yourbucket. Literally, fill your bucket as full as you?d like... $6 bucks :) Read more
