been having an awful time with food quality and screwed up orders and went in after getting a messed up burger AGAIN for like... the fourth time in a row at the drive thru and had to talk to three different people to finally get the general manager (i askedfor his name and now i forget) and he gave me a new burger and a full refund on my order without a problem and treated me sokindly. i was very grateful for the customer service here, especially when dealing with how tired i was of this happening. I had an inch I needed to scratch. After not being a McDonald eater for 10 years I thought it's time for a big Mac, quarter... pounder and fries. The drive thru was efficient. The staff was polite and helpful and couldn't be more wonderful! Thankyou! The 4 stars is because after 10 years I notice the changes McDonald's had made with their food items. The Big Mac, it'ssmaller, for sure. The quarter pounder is also smaller makes you wonder if it's really a quarter pound still. It's also flatterand more square shaped. I should have taken photos. And then.... the fries. What happened to McDonald's fries?!?! They used tobe yellow now they are off white and have a MUCH harder bite to them. They are served like warm and cold and hard on theoutside. I could NOT believe these were McDonald fries! Don't get me wrong, McDonald's gas maintained that the flavors we allknow and remember are there, but the integrity and quality of some items are not what they used to be. This is the McDonalds I usually choose to go to as I think it's cleaner than the others in the area. Yesterday however I ended... up in there parking lot in line for close to an hour total!!! I would say about 20 minutes before getting to order due to longlines then I ordered with the time zone n the receipt saying 11:16. I was sent to the 3rd window to wait and I finally leftwith my food at 11:41. I was given no drinks before being sent to the 3rd window and no one came to say a word to me until Istarted honking to get their attention. It was terribly hot yesterday and after spending $48 for that horrible experience itwill be a while before I go back and certainly if they ever ask for me to move up I'll just ask for a refund. The breakfast crew is absolutely ridiculously slow. I would have left but there was no way of getting out. When I finally had my... order taken 15 minutes later. The girl at the speaker asked me to slow down because I told her my order to fast. I got in lineat 3:37 AM and am now just leaving at 4:15 AM Read more
The wait times for breakfast are absolutely ridiculous. I have been sitting in my car still haven?t ordered for 15 mins. I... understand a rush but dang this is the longest I have ever waited in the drive through. The girl that took my order was verynice. This is the only one I come too just wait was too much. Came here with my friend on our way home one day since it's right by our house I figured it was the fastest option for lunch and... luckily I was right. I enjoy how fast this location is and how nice they are to the customers bc it really completes the wholefast food experience for me as a customer. I also love that they usually have all the current deals ( 2 for $3.50, 2 for $6,etc..) because I feel like I'm getting the most bang for my buck. Read more
Car was stopped in front of me after I got my food. McDonald?s employee told me I could drive around stopped car to leave, that... they were waiting for their food. I had stopped because of the blockage. Location had a renovation/addition but still retainedtwo parking spaces at the end of the drive-thru line (clear of the car flow) for cars to park if they had to wait for orders.Initially this had caused confusion and a negative experience. The stopped car should have been directed to one of the parkingspots as has been the usual procedure. Employees should be directing customers to these parking spots if necessary. Situationwas handled poorly. Don?t want to deal with this again or experience an embarrassing or awkward encounter. Read more
Stopped here at around 1:30 am the other night. I was very disappointed to find that the dining room was not open despite the... McDonald's website saying that it was open until 2:00. However, I can't blame the restaurant workers for this since the sign onthe door said 1:00; it's obvious they didn't just feel like closing early that day. There must have been some sort ofmiscommunication. Regardless, I waited in the drive-through and could tell the employees were working hard to pump peoplethrough as quickly as possible. I ordered nuggets, fries, a drink and two cheeseburgers. The nuggets, fries, and drink were allfantastic, but I was not impressed with the cheeseburgers. One of them didn't even have cheese on it. I would probably return tothis McDonald's, but would order something different. Read more
