I like this Mcdonalds! But they are like whole foods. If I start going here.. now there is a electronic door on the bathroom... lol.. when I use to sit outside whole foods it was peaceful.. now there is a 24/7 security guard on the corner everyday. Read more
Ever since change of ownership it's went downhill. As far as the restaurant the workers, they're very sassy and rude and it... seems they don't take EBT anymore. From what someone told me and I tried to order from the app and they won't allow orderingfrom the app any kind of functions from their app. So what kind of McDonald's is it when you can't order off the McDonald's app? Worst service hands down! Apparently table orders are to go orders here because they refuse to bring your tray even though I... selected that option and there was literally no one in the restaurant.. Read more
If they are busy, if possible employee inform customer of kiosk. Place not in use over register, so customer isn't standing... looking stupid. Some of staff very friendly. Some staff need to come off of high horse. We are all humans at the end of the day. Read more
Worst customer service ever. Rude. Blunt and just plain incompetent. It doesn?t take half a brain cell to serve burgers. Or a... high school diploma. If you don?t like the job find a better one. Or just quit iD you don?t want to work. All the staff here isrude and the way they make the food is just sloppy. Tables are disgusting ???? and just plain nasty. Not once did I see someoneclean them. I order a soda and fries. While waiting in the curbside pickup space someone who showed up after me is brought their order. 10... minutes later they bring out my order. When I look for the receipt in the bag to fill out the survey I notice they didn?t giveme one. There is a much better location not far away on El Cajon blvd I drive farther just to avoid this homeless ridden trashlittered restaurant of filth. Read more
Rudeness staff. Restaurant was clearly open people sitting at tables eating at 230am. Apparently caters to Uber eats but only ... provide service to drive thur customers. Will report facility to corporate. Rude staff Bruce stated the restaurant was franchiseand owned by last name O?Connor. Would not provide mangers card.
