The redheaded guy behind the register at the drive-thru was very rude and prejudices against hispanic people. He shouldn't be... working there. And by the way he had an attitude and we ask him a question and he ignored us. Remember smile with a service notwith a stinky attitude. That McDonald's lost themselves a customer. Read more

Awful experience. This McDonald's refuse to give me a cup of water despite me ordering it at the drive-thru because it had not... been wrung up properly. They then proceeded to lecture me from the drive thru line about needing to order properly... Despitethe fact that the error was not mine. Read more

?Maria? the manager wants to argue with me as A customer about what she put in the bag. I told her that she didn?t out... something. Pulled everything out of the bag and showed her and still wanted to argue with me about it. Horrible customerservices. Also never gave me the change. Horrible experience. I asked if there was A manager to talk with and she said no. WhenI asked so is there any managers on shift and she said they she was the manager. Crazy that she became A manager with suchterrible customer service and attitude. Watch out for the short grumpy one that hates she work at McDonald?s. Read more

We visited this location yestersay, the order taker said let me know when your ready, after 2 minutes of letting him know we... were ready to order, we received no answer. My sister started to place the order assuming he was gonna answer but the guy wasjust writing it down, the screen showed our order, but he never suggested, or thank us, nothing, not a single word came out ofhis mouth. Oscar was the person who took the payment (not sure if it was the same not speaking) but he was rude too. The onlynice person here was the lady with blue hair, she handed out our food in a nicely manner. Read more

One word for this, the ABSOLUTE WORST, most unaccommodating place toward seniors. Today, Saturday, July 2, at 6:20a, I once... again drove over for a small, Senior coffee, black, no sugar. Just yesterday, July 1, a small senior coffee was $1.39. Bycomparison, a small, Senior coffee is $1.08 at the McDonald?s on Bonita Rd in Chula Vista; $0.96 cents in Mira Mesa (see photoof receipt). This morning, the exceedingly sharp and nasty person at the window hissed ?$1.93. Next window!? When I expressedmy utter incredulity over the price of a senior coffee, black, no sugar, she again snapped ?1.93! Next window!? I drive throughboth windows and sit in the parking lot now across from Souplantation writing this review. This is the third hostile experience I have had at this McDonald?s. On June 29, at 7:45a, I rolled up to the drive through squawk box and ordered 2 bacon, egg andcheese biscuits WITHOUT the biscuits. By the time I got to the order pick up menu, there was mass confusion as to wether Iordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits WITHOUT the biscuits or 2 SAUSAGE, egg and cheese biscuits. Pedro, the rotundsupervisor or manager (as he cowardly chose not to identify himself), stormed over to the pick up window ready to attack, berateand intimidate me about my order. Disgusted and shaken, I refused the order and requested a refund. Pedro issued the refund, only by today, 7/2, the refund still had not been applied to my account (I paid with Apple Pay). I decided to drive throughagain, just to make certain I heard the rude female correctly. This time, I was told the small, senior coffee was $1.39. When Iasked for the name of the rotund manager with the dark hair, the young boy at the pay window, with disingenuous politeness said?I don?t know his name.? ?You mean to tell me you don?t know the name of your supervisor?? I asked with annoyance andincredulity. He decided to stand in his obvious, outright lie. I drove up to the pick up window where I asked the wom Read more

I went through the drive thru about 10pm. I ordered nuggets and a sweet tea. I got the items and went to the parking lot to eat.... That's when I tasted the sweet tea and it tasted like it was two days old. I drove back through and explained the situationthrough the speaker. As I reached the window I was greeted by a different manager and he explained that they did not haveanymore sweet tea so I opted for a Dr. Pepper. Then the original manager comes hurrying out from the back and mumbles somethingto the effect that "I got this guy" and gives me what he says was fresh sweet tea. I take it and left the property to get on thefreeway when I took a drink of it. It was so bad that I split it out the car window. I feel this guy did this intentionally. Icould not go back but tried to call when I got home and was hung up on twice....... Read more

This location was fine. I don't understand why ketchup and other necessary items are not available for customers to access when... the soda fountain is accessible. The decals on the fountain machine should be replaced and are free of charge from Coke. Theunit is very dated and the labels are faded. I have attached a photo to this. Also, the kiosk never accept deal codes andcancel our when checking out. Always have to have it rung up at the counter. Read more

Is the quarter pound burger supposed to be pink in the middle? I had it before but it was cooked all the way. Is it something... new or is it because it was lunch time and they just half cooked it?. Read more
