The service is great you guys always give us everything on time, the workers are very polite to the guests, however going... through the drive thru my boyfriend and I got distracted by the fact that a new Asian woman worker was being bullied because shewasn't pronouncing certain things correctly or however someone thinks it should sound???? she's new she shouldn't be treatedthis way. You guys wanted a new worker appreciate whoever comes through the door we're going through dark times and this isn'tright in anyone's eyes. Also our ice creams were pretty low on ice cream. Worst Experience Ever!! Ordered my kids a cheeseburger happy meal just to get a burger with just meat. I went back in the drive... thru for the employee to have an attitude and say my kid had already taken a bite of the burger and they couldn't take it back."So what do you want?" In her own words. I expressed how he took a bite to realize there was no cheese so I guess you can't takeit back but at least maybe give us some cheese to put in there. The employee just rolled her eyes and gave me a piece of coldcheese. At this point I just drove away. This person clearly did not want to help me and obviously did not care about theirmistake. Inconsiderate toward Handicap people. Closest door is closed and has a small black and white, camouflaged by all colored sign,... saying "use other door" which is around the building. It was closest to get in the car and go have breakfast somewhereelse. Suggestion: put a sign with handicap area on which door to use! Read more
The food is great, but sometimes they always get my order wrong. So now I have to check if my order is right even though its... their job to check if its right or not. Please do better and get the orders right!:) Read more
I ordered a large size combo and it came with barley any fries. This is total unacceptable.
What a terrible experience at this McDonalds! Used the kiosk to avoid any errors in speaking but they still managed to mess it... up. Then when we brought it to their attention they all started blaming each other including the manager. No apologies ornothing from them. We order to dine in and they gave us go bags and didn?t even bother to ask would we prefer trays. Fries werecold. I would avoid this place if you can go somewhere else. We were there on Monday 24 October 22 at 4:30 in the afternoon. Itwasn?t very busy just seems like they don?t care about their product or customers. Read more
