It's a McDonald's, so the standards are low. But it's pretty dirty considering how new it is and how empty it was when I went... in. Fries were cold (and I managed a McDs for 3yrs in college so I'm speaking from experience). All the sanitizer pumps wereempty, the soda machine was disgusting, and the tables all needed wiped off. No restrooms available to customers and all the tables were dirty. Can't believe that a place that sells food during Covid times... has nowhere to wash your hands????. 7 out of ten soda dispensers were out of flavoring and the ice machine was out. Cashier justsaid they are unavailable for today. Came at low foot traffic hours so can't imagine how it is when they are busy. Worth drivinga couple more miles to another McDonald's. Read more
One star for bad customer service, I can care less how fast y'all work or how fresh the food is..I was in the area, wanted some... breakfast but it was OVER right at 10:36am. They couldn't wait to start flipping those burgers and dropping them fries. The ladywas very snotty about it too, I'm like okay I'll get lunch. So I walk to my car to ask my kid what lunch she wanted sincebreakfast was over. I see on the window display, they have buy one big mac and get one for a 1. I thought great , perfect for meand my kid. So I see the cashier taking it down from the window, so as she comes in I ask can I get that deal? She didn't sayanything, but I noticed she said something in Spanish to another woman, while throwing away the display from the window. Shethen came to take my order, first I asked if the had adult happy meals she said no . I'm like okay but they just came out, thenI asked again about the deal that was on display you just took down. She said my manager said no. I'm like seriously? But noproblem, I went to Mcdonalds down street on aero drive . We got our adult happy meal and good customer service.One star Read more
Food is usually hot and fresh. But this McDonald?s bathrooms have been out of order for 8 months which we all know is because... they don?t want to clean because where would the employees use the bathroom. And every single time I go usually once-twice aweek the ice cream machine is down and it?s the same manager every time that happens. Older fat Asian man. On top of that theyclose their dining room at 5pm which is ridiculous it?s dinner time for 99% of people. Just generally a bad experience I?d stayaway better options in the area anyways Read more
I don?t know legally right or not, they are not allowed customers to use their restroom, without restroom how they do business.... This is not common sense. City of San Diego needs to guide. I know the burden of taking care their restroom. But even thoughhomeless they have a right for human?s basic needs. Those are some kind of humanity of big guys for little boys. The drive thru line is so long (at least 4 cars) but the parking lot was empty! The service took at least 10 minutes. When I got... to the window I saw 4 people working in the whole restaurant. Maybe the site doesn't have enough staff to work more efficientlybut I would recommend customers to have lot of patience here. Also they got my order wrong but I waited so long I was tooexhausted to complain and wait even longer. Read more

Wasn?t pleased with drive through person taking my order. He didn?t greet by saying good morning he just said can I take your... order and seemed like he was rushing me. I?ve worked at other food chains in the past and let me tell you that if my managerwould here I would get disciplined. You should always greet your customers in a friendly manner so that customers wanna comeback. Also I highly recommended to trim back or remove tree, shrubs , vegetation when exiting drive through and going into theMain Street. It?s creating a blind spot and can cause a accident. Read more
