After ordering the limited edition cactus plant flea market boxes. They didn?t give out the boxes at all and With no explanation... to why either. It?s multiple complain since the day it came out that unless you complained they would give it to you. I marked this one down to three because long wait times are normal, and they haven't had chocolate shakes for a while, but... vanilla and strawberry shakes aren't 'broken' as the staff will say about the chocolate shakes. Also, the company as a wholenever should have gotten rid of the Hamburglar! What were they thinking? Keep Ronald, but ditch the Hamburglar?!? Went to drive thru and order taker was not paying any attention and was rude. My order was old/stale and made wrong. Will not... ever go back. You would think management would stay on top of this kind of poor customer service...doubt I am the first one toecperience it at MCAS McDonalds. Read more
Friendly staff with a quick drive through. Inside you order off of a kiosk, not at a cashier. The dining room is well kept.
Ordered three meals on the mobile app from this place. I pull up to window and the person at the window has the manager standing... there and says WE CAN ONLY GIVE YOU ONE SAUCE. I ordered 5 sauces because app said I can and they are free. I say I have 3 mealsyou want me to share one sauce? She says well TODAY WE WILL GIVE YOU 2 SAUCES JUST THIS ONE TIME OR WE CAN CHARGE YOU 75 CENTSEACH. I honestly thought I was getting punked on some tv show, like is this real life?
