Sorry guys! Terrible maybe they need more personal they had lots of orders too. And the food :/ not the famous fries their are... old not even hot... Chicken nuggets hard as rock lol but the employees are very polite. So management hire some more employeesplease so we can have nice hot fries and salty just like every other Mcdonals... Read more
Basically this one is drive thru only. I went inside and there was no one working the counter, and they wanted me to order via a... kiosk. I won't talk to a computer about my food. Never did order anything, just gave up, shaking my head in disgust and left. Read more
I rate this particular location a four because it's inside Walmart and extremely busy also on this particular day the kiosk was... not in sync with the locations inventory therefore I was denied a caramel frappe and a spicy chicken sandwich (out of stock).My advice is to order at the counter and not use the kiosk if you're going to the Walmart McDonald's in lemon Grove. One lastnote the double cheeseburger was a little dry. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and and possibly the manager I'mnot sure but he was he was nice and explain things to me after I had already ordered and received my order. Read more

It's an ok place. Has most items I want most of the time. Too crowded most of the time. Generally dirty, i.e. inside floors,... outside parking lot, and the bathrooms are dirty and stinky. Read more
