This location tends to be really slow during dinner time. Spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru for roughly 6 cars. I have... also had almost every visit recently result in something missing. Plenty of staff but they ignorr the counter. Sad. Gets 3 stars cause at least the kids play structure was fun and clean. :)
Terrible service. Been to this mc donalds 2 times alreayd this week, each time ordering chickin nuggets with ranch, bbq sauce... and honey mustard. Honey mustard isnt listed on the board so i ask for EXTRA honey mustard, every single time. After i get myorder expecting all sauces especially when i specified extra sauce i get none, each time. Customer service was terrible. Dining room doenst open until 7am and your order curbside and they dont want to bring it out to... you. Manager was not a very helpful person. Not accommodating at all..Terrible.. Read more
Its McDonalds.... don't expect anything more. It has a great big play center for children. I love it on hot days the AC keeps... it cool for the kids and parents. Its clean... yes i said that right. Its clean. I have watched them clean kids center 2 timesin less then hr. When you wanna just get out of the heat and have a not so healthy treat for yourself.. this mcd is a good placeto go. Update.... 12.16.18. They just renovated the entire place. The light up tables are great for sensory issues . Stopped for a quick bite. Ordered the McRib combo. Was helped be a very nice and professional young lady. She greeted me with... a nice smile and a welcome, which was something you don't see much of anymore. Paid and got a cup, but the soda machine was outof ice. This young lady noticed I was having trouble and came right over to help. She took my cup and fill it with ice. Then theDr Pepper dispenser was out of syrup. Again she stepped up and I was clearly frustrated, ask what was my selection, and broughtme a another cup with Dr.Pepper to my table. With a polite apology. One minute later, ice was being added. Got my orderquickly, and the rest was smooth sailing. I wanted to express my appreciation to your McDonald's employee for the excellentservice and for actually being aware of conditions in her restaurant. I am glad I choose McDonalds that day. Read more
The automatic machine doesn't give me a receipt. When I ask for a receipt at the counter, did he really not hear it? He is... ignoring my request. Is he racist? Very bad attitude. Never changed. Hopefully management will do something or maybe don?t care.I don?t recommend this location. This is best shameful worst location of All Scripps Poway and Poway, Rancho Bernardo area.
