Sadly the app wasn?t working when I tried to redeem a free reward. After waiting in line, I had to get out of line and order on... the app to get my free reward. I got a frappe for me and one for my friend and a quarter pounder for each of us as well cuz I had a bit one get one free for... the quarter pounder. Delicious, but super expensive. Supposed to open at 4am but never does. Always about 10-15 minutes later. Wouldn?t be a problem but when it?s like this everyday... for the last 3 months and I see employees eating and putting on makeup while there are 20-30 people waiting outside in the cold.Perhaps the owner should look into to this. Very clean and accesible to take again the freeway. The staff is very friendly.
It is clean place. Right off 9A last exit. Easy to get off & on highway. Located in a large shopping center. Their men's... bathroom was disappointing. Here you have a decent size restaurant. Bathroom has on urinal and one toilet. If those areoccupied. Your kid needs to go. You will not be a happy camper with Mc Dee. It is so small only two people can wait in line. Nearest bathroom is across maybe at Chevron. 2nd disappointment I had. Standing more than 7 minutes for an employee could takeyour order. No other system available for self ordering. After waiting for awhile. The item that I came in was not available.Mocho frappe. Didn't buy and went across Chevron. Got my frappe and few snacks for the road. Good place to wait and grab a cheap bite. They do clean and sanitize the tables regularly. The staff is pretty friendly. Service... is quick, though the kiosks are temporarily shut down, that would speed up ordering. Pretty busy McDs since it's in the bordercrossing area. Read more
Worst McDonald's ever. They gave me my burger undercooked (pink mush). I called and they said they would replace it.
