I get it, it?s mc Donald?s, it?s probably not the greatest job in the world but to be rude to a customer when they weren?t even... being rude to you is ridiculous. Mind you this is coming from someone that has worked at Disney and Starbucks. I had ordered adouble cheese burger, a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, and a sprite. I get to the window and they give me my food and I check thebag. They didn?t put in my burger, so I told the guy at the window ?excuse me, I?m sorry but I didn?t get my burger.? And heresponded ?well they didn?t charge you for it, so.? Like first of all that?s super disrespectful, maybe next time try ?I?msorry, they didn?t charge you for a burger, would you still like it?? 7:39 the worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant. Ordered 2 coffees and two apple and the store onpy had a handful of... custoners. About 15 minutes traspired and husband asked about order which according to them it was coming. Front counter had amanager, crewshift leader and atleast 3 more staff attending drive thru. I now take charge and inquire about my order still nodefinite about my order or when i world be receiving it. Crewshift leader was very unresponsive and careless anout my inquiry(23 minutes had passed) according to him they were making a pot of coffee. But what about the pies if anything or just anapology given that its supposed to be a fast food restaursnt. He said what do you want to wait or get your refund and i saidboth (at minute 27 of waiting). He said i can do that you want to wait. REAllY!!!! Finally coffees arrived and i asked for thepies and one staff member mumbled to the manager were out. Really!!!!! Manager smiles and finaly i get the most unsensireapology (first and only) and grin. He tells me that it will be 7 minutes to make the pies. He offers to me something else butthen really he began the process of payment for the cookies. I pay in a state of shock and trying to remain calm at the worstservice ever in the McDonalds chain of restaurants in the San Diego County. Too say the least if you dare to visit this locationtake in consideration that their demeanor and respect to their customers is not their priority. Read more
