I asked for mild and was given spicy.. I was visiting and already left and didn't really feel like turning back to get the... proper order so I just left it as is. I should have ordered the chicken sandwich or chicken strips but instead I orderedchicken thighs and it was a mistake. The chicken tasted very grainy something was really off. I didn't appreciate the dismissivecustomer service. I enjoyed the decor the setup inside the fries were good but the chicken was a missss for me. Read more
The food at Main Chick is great, and I'd give it five stars if that was the only consideration. I ordered online and was told... my order would be ready 15 minutes later. I actually arrived a little later than the pickup time, so my order should have beenready by the time I got there. The order hadn't even been given to the kitchen yet, for some reason. It took another 24 minutesafter I arrived for my food to be ready. And the restaurant wasn't even very busy. There was one family in line in front of me(who got their order well before I got mine, even though they ordered 20 minutes after I did) and 4 people who came in after me(who also got their orders before I did). The food was amazing, but having to rush to eat because it took more than twice aslong to prepare than advertised put a damper on it. If my order had been sent to the kitchen when I placed it instead of afterthe pickup time, this would have been a glowing review about the delicious food. I popped into the this venue for a quick bite after seeing a movie. My spicy chicken sandwich was good and it was also... reasonably priced. The venue was clean and they had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I?d imagine this place is great fortakeout too. The only thing they could improve would be their music playlist. They were playing the most vulgar music that was alittle obnoxious. Other than that this place was a solid choice for a bite. Read more
