Very disappointed in the service. I ordered a pizza at 710pm, app said it be ready at 730pm. Got to the store for pick up, app... said "we're sorry, can't put your order in the warmer" no problem. Saw the cashier, he Said it's cooking, give them 10minutes. Got an alert on the app, "orders ready" it's now 745pm. Go inside, no pizza. Cashier says, "sorry can't find yourpizza, we'll make another one" this time it was ready at 810pm. A whole hour!!!! What happened to hot & ready?? Read more
Customer service is hit or miss, and sometimes just plain awkward. But my family LOVEs this pizza and the price is unbeatable... so it keeps us coming back. Update: new management and it is waaay better! Everything is cleaner, more efficient, bettercustomer service , easy online ordering and pickup and same cheap pizza that hits the spot lol Read more

I normally go to the little caesars by my house to get pizza because yeah.. convenience. But I decided to go try this location... with my friend one day and I was completely surprised at how DIFFERENT the pizza tasted. I couldn't believe it was still thesame franchise?? The people here are great, informative and friendly, so I give 5 stars for this store. The only problem is Little Caesars... corporate business model that the chains have to adhere to. The amount of toppings to bread ratio is very low for one, thereshould be alot more sauce/cheese. Also if you're going to store pizza for a long time it should not only be heated, buthumidified as well. The sauce for bread dipping cost extra (over $1) and so do the cheese packets, but I suppose this is due tothe pizza's being only $5. 2018: Stuffed crust pepperoni only $9, $3 cheaper than the competition, and it's ready for pickupanytime from 4pm to 8pm. They stop giving the veterans meal after an hour which it was supposed to be from 1100-1400.
