Very disappointed in the service. I ordered a pizza at 710pm, app said it be ready at 730pm. Got to the store for pick up, app... said "we're sorry, can't put your order in the warmer" no problem. Saw the cashier, he Said it's cooking, give them 10minutes. Got an alert on the app, "orders ready" it's now 745pm. Go inside, no pizza. Customer service is hit or miss, and sometimes just plain awkward. But my family LOVEs this pizza and the price is unbeatable... so it keeps us coming back.
