As a Chicagoan I have found my slice of heaven in Sam Diego. The thin crust pizza is amazing. Crispy crust, delicious sauce! The... stuft pizza is fantastic as well. If I didn't know I was in San Diego I would have SWORN I was sitting in any one of the charming, family run pizza joints in... Chicago city or burbs. I genuinely felt like I was there! The pie was as good as any I had while living in Chicago, and thedecor and dining room reminded me of Rosati's, Lou's, Connie's, maybe even a little Gino's! Our stuffed Margherita waseverything we wanted it to be... and my typically 3-4 slice hubby was good after just 1 slice!! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! Excellent customer service. Food was so delicious. Authentic Chicago pizza to the core. Below is the the great sausage pie. We... added bell peppers, onion, peperoni, and elephant garlic. So tasty. First time here and it definitely impressed us. The cbgb sandwich was so good. The flavors are distinct and just... create a pleasurable experience in your mouth.
