Cashier was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately if you decide to do a mobile order and set a time for pickup, my... recommendation is to add 30 mins to an hour to the actual pickup time. Sometimes that does not help either because unless youask if your order is ready, they will not start it. Everyone else who orders in line will be served first. Read more

Takes a while to get a drink if you order at the counter, but staff have great recommendations and there are several... options. They have a new app where you can order ahead and get rewards. The bathroom floor is consistently sticky and the musicis loud, but there are nice tables outside. Read more

Unfortunately, I would give Kung Fu one star. They take too long to give two drinks. I wait for 20 - 40 minutes whenever I buy... drinks here. Extreme waste of my time! The prices are here are ABSURD. I pay $13 for a taro milk tea and a honey oolong milktea. The sizes are also unreasonable for the price I pay for. The taste is disgusting too. Drinks are always extremely surgeryand sweet, and sometimes I forget that I?m drinking tea. Even if you ask for less sugar, they put pounds of sugar in your drink.I wish that they would fix this, but nothing seems to be getting better here. This boba shop is just not worth it. Read more

Tasty boba drinks with alright prices. Employees are typically nice but waits can get pretty long because the spot is pretty... popular. Lots of flavors and different types of drinks/ toppings. Read more

This place is delicious! My favorite is getting the strawberry milk smoothie and adding boba. Depending on when you go, the line... could be long but its never too bad. Very good service. The decor is very nice. Very much recommend! Read more

I love kung fu tea but I?ve had couple bad experiences with them so I?m gonna write a review and hopefully they see this and do... something about these issues. It?s been at least 4,5 times that I ordered a drink and I always get boba ( it says it on thereceipt and on the sticker on the drink) and they forget to add any boba to my drink. If I wanted plain juice or a milkshake Iwould not pay 8$ for it I would go get it for much cheaper from somewhere else. And most times that this has happened I have nothad any time to go back and ask them to fix it. So at this point they owe me a lot of boba. One time they completely forgot toeven make my drink. Today I ordered with doordash because I really wanted boba and again they forgot to put any boba in my drink???????????????????????????????????????????? Doordash offered 2$ of credit and that?s not really gonna fix the fact that I?msitting here drinking plane milkshake that I didn?t order. At first I thought to myself no way they forgot again but I drank aquarter of it and still no boba. It?s really annoying to pay a delivery fee, tip and extra fees on doordash and get no boba. Theonly reason I ordered this was for the boba. Read more

Really fast service! First time visiting this location and was hesitant because of a rather long line upon arrival... however,... it went really quickly. Despite a line out the door, we placed our order in less than five minutes and then waited about thesame amount of time for the teas to be ready. The menu is very large with options and prices are literally 50% of other brands(looking straight at you Bubble-Up!). You can get adjusted sugar and ice levels which is a really nice feature. 10/10 would goagain. Read more

Food: 1/5 Service and Setting: 3/5 Value: 3/5 I haven?t had bad boba in a while but dang Kung Fu Tea in Carmel Mountain had to... change that. I think that the issues I had here are unique to this location because I?ve never had a problem with the one inConvoy. Service is always busy and the staff always seems extremely rushed. I was so excited a couple years ago to get a ?real?boba place in the neighborhood but they surely fell flat. Cocoa Cream Wow Cap with Milk Cap: 1/5 I asked for a brown sugarblack tea that I saw when I walked in and the cashier told me that they only had like a milk only version so I got that instead. As I walked out, I did see it again and realized she played me lol. The first very odd thing was that the boba was very hot. Iknow most places keep their boba warm so it doesn?t seize up, but this was like almost boiling and made my whole drink lukewarm. The boba itself was a true felony. You would think that the boba would be soft and fresh since it was so hot, but mixed in withslightly overcooked pieces were balls that were either too old or undercooked. The center of the boba were like pebbles/uncookedpasta so I couldn?t even finish the drink. The milk cap was okay though, slightly too runny for my taste. I do not recommend. Read more
