Found a New Thai food "Hidden Gem" in San Diego!! Ordered my usual (to get a baseline on flavor and consistsncy), Tom Khar soup... & Pad Thai with chicken. The soup was thicker than I'm used to (in a very good way) and delicious! Loved the button mushrooms, carrots, onions and chicken; excellent soup base too. The Pad Thai (ordered a 3, on a scale of 1-10 for heat, just right for me)was so tasty. The noodles were cooked to perfection. I also had a Thai Iced-tea with no boba; perfect balance of creamy andsweet. The service here was top notch, super friendly and very helpful in explaining the menu (on items I've never triedbefore. Definitely coming back to try something new. Just seeing and smelling the plates go passed my table, OMG! Read more

If you haven?t tried this Thai restaurant, you must! I have been here several times and I have friends who come here often. King... of Thai Cuisine has so much flavor and just has a great vibe overall. On this visit I ordered the Spicy Noodle dish with chicken(spice level 8). The spice level is not as important as the flavors. The heat is not overwhelming, but it complements theingredients. This dish is my favorite and it always satisfies. My friend ordered the red curry with shrimp. I didn?t try it, butshe LOVED it. For dessert we split the coconut ice cream that is served with mini fried banana rolls. It?s the first time I havetried this dessert and it won?t be my last. The ice cream is so smooth, almost like a soft serve. Not heavy at all. The steaminghot banana roll is a great contrast with its crunchy shell. Our server was Fah, she was friendly and made our visit a great one.I?ll keep coming back. Eat up!!! Read more

Pretty good food. The spice was there, very fast service but as with most Thai restaurant's could have used more meat in the... dish. Down right inexpensive. Small, clean, parking can be tough. My son ordered a 7 on the spice level and was happy. He hasbeen known to order a 10. I ordered a 2 and it could have been hotter. The waitress forgot the tea. Another table orderedPineapple Rice which looked amazing. We had the Chicken Noodle Soup, it was delicious.I would go back. Read more
