I have been waiting for King Crab to open and I will tell you "Wow" it was so worth the wait. My husband ordered the Combo A... (black mussels, shrimp and snow crab) and I ordered the Combo C ( shrimp and snow crab). The combos come with corn on the coband red potatoes. On the sauces my husband used plain garlic butter and chose non spicy and I used the King's special sauce andchose mild spice. Everything was perfectly cooked and extremely delicious. We started off with hush puppies, I must tell youthey were absolutely delicious, man oh man I could eat those all day long. I also had to try the Cajun fries let me say I wasnot disappointed because they are perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious. Love the staff also they are friendly, caring andfun to talk with. Great experience, excellent food, excellent service.....first time but it won't be my last. Glad that I choose to go here, we... got the fried catfish and it was seasoned very well. First time experience, been hearing great things and we were not disappointed. Jenny was super nice, John our waiter was... informative about the menu, and the food was delicious. Ordered fried shrimp basket and the shrimp was plump, not greasy and thecoating was perfect. Also had snow crab and Dungeness crab leg boils. Crab was fresh, juicy seasoning is highly recommended, and corn was not soggy. This is a place we will definitely be coming back too. Read more
Went for lunch and ordered the shrimp po boy and fried shrimp basket. Both were great with very generous portion sizes. I came... back for dinner a week later and had the Special A Combo with crab, shrimp, and mussels with the "King's Special Sauce". It wasalso really good with good portion sizes. AMAZING experience. We were craving seafood and saw that this new place had opened. They had some construction in front but we... went up and happily found them ready for customers. When we entered we were greeted promptly and told we could take any seat wewished. When we sat we were given menus and water. It was late afternoon, not too busy but the traffic picked up in therestaurant as we neared finishing our meal. We were so happy with the items we chose. Shrimp lo mein had the best sauce we haveever had on ANY lo mein we have had. We will get it again, and maybe try it with the crab. The crab cakes with cajin fries weredelicious. We couldn't skip on a boil and got shrimp and crab. The juicy sauce was to die for. Please go get a boil and gojuicy. We can't wait to go back and try thier po boys and another boil. First time visiting! Service was impeccable. Food came out quickly but it was fresh and hot. Service was impeccable! Staff was... knowledgeable and kind. I wish I could give the place 10 stars. Price point was great. I got 1 lb of snow crab legs and shrimp.It came with corn and potatoes. I had one glass of wine and a side of broccoli. The total cost was $40. I will be back! Read more
One of the BEST!!! My coworker from Orange County told me about this place and I came the next day. Service was inviting and our... waitress was a gem. So helpful and really made the experience fun. It's a big restaurant! Lots of seating so bring your entirefamily to enjoy the food. We started with the garlic wings - these are A MUST. flavorful and cooked to perfection. We got theCombo C with all the sauces mixed together. We ordered white rice & 2 eggs as a side to eat with it. I cut the egg in half andadded the sauce on top - droooooool worthy. The sauce was so damn good. I've been thinking about it since. The pricing here isreally what is amazing, all this food for a total or $49? I'll come weekly! Worth the drive. Worth the wait.
