Seriously, we couldn?t hear them because they were laughing and then we could see them shoving each other and taking forever to... get our food. They got the order wrong and took for ever to bring us out food. The whole time the girl was giggling and talkingsmack to her coworker. Totally unprofessional and irritating. I just left KFC MARKETPLACE. I went thur the drive thur, I placed my order and once getting home????, I was upset. I ordered 3... piece whole wing combo, it was not what I ordered. I came in today about to order a meal waited about 5 minutes to receive service and either the main supervisor or manager asked... me what I was having and I replied with a 2 for 6$ which is a special they have going today. She angrily replied with ?OK WHATDO YOU WANT THEN? I excused myself and left. The worst customer service I have ever received which is bad because if thesupervisor/manager is like this imagine what the employees are going through. This establishment is the most unprofessional, unclean, poorly staffed, despicable customer service I've ever seen in my life!... False advertisement, long wait not to mention horribly prepared food! We all expect fast food to be just that, "fast" but at theleast prepared properly.. Either they need to replace all the staff there or just close it down. Shameful! Read more
Went through drive-thru, opened the bags of food and gravy lid was not closed so there was gravy all over the other containers. ... Mac and cheese looked like the bottom of a pot of Mac and cheese was scraped and had been sitting there forever?.dry and the Macwas smooshed and broken up. Won?t be coming back to this KFC. Read more
