Lupe and carolina or cayin awere extremely rude and impatient. I went today around 2:30ish and mid order I decided to just... cancel the whole order and decided to drive to a different KFC 15 further from home on university. All KFC food taste the same. We did an order via the app. It would not take off the mashed potatoes and get coleslaw. We got the... free sandwich. We get to the counter and tell the girl we want coleslaw instead, she tells us we could have done it on the app.I told her we did and it would not take it. Read more
I gave it one star because the food was good but the manager needs to do some customer service training . Very rude lady that... took my order. She was also very rude to the high school kids behind me in line waiting to order. I see from other reviews thatI am not the only one that has had a bad experience with their customer service. Chicken tasted like it was reheated. It was crusty and rubbery. I feel like this is a site specific problem...the forgotten KFC.... The interior of this place definitely could use an update. Trim has lost its color. Wallpaper is peeling. Trashcans arelopsided. Read more
