Love the chicken & mashed potatoes but bring back the potato wedges.
Worst eating experience ever. What has happened to KFC? We bought a 10 piece meal, which had nothing but legs and backs, over... breaded with big chunks of still raw inside breading. The mashed potatoes were tasteless mush, the corn was tough, the rollswere the only thing that taste ok, but they forgot the butter sauce for them. They also forgot the cookies which are included.Not very happy getting home after a hard days work to open this meal up for the family. Never again! Read more
Ordered to-go, manager working at the drive thru messed up our order TWICE. Not even payjng any attention to customers orders... ensuring it is correct. Manager acted as if he was right but was having a full on conversation with his workers while takingcustomers orders. I work in the food industry too and I always make sure customer orders are correct by repeating it back andasking to look at screen ensuring they have everything they requested. Read more
So humor me: Since when did mash potatoes and gravy and Mac and Cheese became one of the same? Not busy. No line so what... happened? Over $10 for two pieces of chicken and the wrong side made my lunch disappointing. Read more

I have a similar complaint as most of the other reviews. Drive thru service was horrible. The lady with the strong accent was... not very helpful and was not necessarily rude, but did not possess any good customer service skills. Like saying hello? Or thankyou? I know, kinda odd to expect that these days. The Chicken was very dry and hard. Had to let it rest in the gravy to moistenit up a bit. I asked if their iced tea was fresh brewed and she said yes, but ended up with tea from a machine. Trust me, we allknow the difference. This is clearly not a KFC issue, the owner of that location is. Oh, one last thing, i tried to call tospeak with a manager to at least have them educate the staff that tea from a machine should be considered "fresh brewed", butthe phone rang with no answer and i tried that three times. I go there almost every day and order the same thing...A large diet Pepsi no ice, a spicy mac bowl combo and 2 ranch. I... constantly order this. Today I got a piece of rancid chicken in the mac and cheese. I called to alert them what happened, not toget anything, and was treated like I was a liar. I'll never go back. Read more
