I came here two days in a row and each time ordered a sandwich and a smoothie. The food and drink were really good, nice and... fresh, tasty, the whole nine yards. The service, on the other hand, was below expectations. Right on the counter they havethese cards with QR codes advertising that you can order online and they even have a promo to try it for the first time. So thefirst time I came, I tried it. Placed the online order for immediate pickup and figured it should take about 20 minutes so Iwalked around and came back 20 minutes later only to find out that they didn't even notice my order. They started making itright then and 10 minutes later it was ready. The manager apologized and gave me an extra booster shot for free. So far sogood. Humans make mistakes, manager does his best to rectify it so no issue. Fast forward to the next day and I try again withthe online ordering, only this time I order 20 minutes before getting there and the same thing happens again. When I arrive itturns out they haven't even started making it yet. When I calmly ask why an order from 25 minutes ago goes unnoticed, the youngserver matter of factly explains that sometimes it goes off the screen and it goes unnoticed. But she looked at me as if shethought I was the entitled one by expecting my order to be ready. No apology, except at the very end when it was finally ready10 minutes later, and even that was obviously insincere. To top it off, the online ordering asks for a tip before the serviceis performed. I gave a tip but that service certainly didn't deserve one. Next time I'll only order in person and only give atip at the end of I'm satisfied with the service. Read more
I absolutely love this place! It?s part of my daily routine to stop by and have a Green Lemonade after working out! The staff is... super friendly and the menu is unparalleled. If you are looking for healthy and worth investing your time and money in theirjuices and smoothies. Plus, it?s a local and small business owned. Can?t go wrong! Ordered two acai bowls. Tipped well at the counter before receiving the order. Came out more watery than a smoothie. The one... with granola had barely any granola. We asked if any was even in it and the guy reassured us. Pineapple was unripe and crunchy.It was a pretty bad experience overall for a $25 luncheon with so many other options available. Good food, friendly staff. Had a vegetarian sandwich and and acai bowl. Both were delicious. Price is a little higher than fast... food or Jamba, but the food is fresher and worth the price. This will be my new go to for a quick bite. Read more
This place is absolutely fire!! The turkey panini sandwich is unreal. Def need to try everything.
