I placed an order where I specifically stated not to put certain ingredients in my sandwiches. The kid behind the counter... seemed to note my order before charging me. I get home to find that my order was not fulfilled. I had to go back to get myorder redone. There was no apology or compensation issued for having to make a return trip. Customer service is severelylacking and they don't seem to care about doing the job correctly and efficiently the first time around. The sandwiches are notas big as Subways and they still got my order wrong. They added ingredients to the wrong sandwich. Very bad experience! Iwon't be eating there again. I should have stick to Subway. At least you can fully see how your sandwich is prepared and makesure the job is done right. After all the hassle of correcting my order, the sandwiches from Jersey Mike's are not as tasty asthose from Subway. JM's needs to adhere to the customer requests. Read more

Dennery Rd store. Worst sandwich ever today! Toasted club for pick up. Bread totally soggy with too much vinegar, 1" of bacon,... very little meat, and the requested toasting was questionable. Picked up about ten minutes after ordering. Quick but terrible. Alump of soggy bread, wet avocado, ugh, awful surprise when I got it home. F- Read more

DIRTY! Someone in charge needs to do their job. It's food you are selling. I was ordering a sub when I started to look around... and it was a mess. It looked like they had had a food fight. You'd think, well with crowds coming in who has time to clean., butyou still have to try especially because it's food you sell. Up to a point you can understand if there was a crowd. Sad to saythere was no crowd. My husband and I were the only ones there for a good 20 minutes and probably about 6 people walked in. Istarted to look around and it was not only the work area. Most tables had crumbs. We couldn't find a clean table. I got a napkinand cleaned crumbs that were on it. Waiting for our food to be prepared noticed no one bothered to wipe anything. 3 peopleworking. 1 preparing our sub another with his hands crossed and the other on her phone. It was so bad that there was evenlettuce in cashier area and on customer's side. How is that possible if your sub is supposed to be wrapped by the time it getsto the cashier... The clear plastic that lets you see the prep area was so dirty that you could tell it hadn't been wiped downfor a while. I had gone to this place before and it wasn't so bad. Unfortunately, I was not the only one who saw it. On our wayout a lady was standing there and told her husband that they had to leave because it looked unsanitary. It really did. It wasreally gross. There may be other choices for sandwiches but I prefer to go to Jersey Mike's because of the quality of the product. The food... is fresh, the store is clean and service is quick. Read more

I was very disappointed tonight at the service I received at Jersey Mike's this evening. I was the only person in line and... waited almost 10 min to be asked what I wanted to order. Then when I finally ordered my 2 sandwiches it took another 10 minutesto just prepare the bread/meat/cheese. Meanwhile 3 other people in line and a domino's employee comes in and the guy who is incharge of the grill (who is not busy) as well as the girl counting coins get all chummy with him and they ask him what sandwichhe wants. The guy gets his sandwich and chips and heads out. I am still standing in line waiting... I understand online ordersare keeping your staff busy but a nice greeting would be appreciated, let your customer know he matters. I don't mind waitingbut acknowledge us. They also ran out of white and wheat bread at 7pm. Hmmmm ... you had a few disappointed customers afterme. I understand these are young people who are working but a class in customer service is definitely needed in your store. Some common courtesies could go a long way in your store. A side note, some of the music being played in your store was a bitunapropriate. Read more
