Decent enough turkey sub. The napkin dispenser on my table had seen better days, it had old dirt crusted up all over it. An... unfriendly woman behind the counter with long, curly dark hair prepared my sandwich, JM apparently has a house term for theusual fixins one gets with a sub which I did not know about, this being my first visit, and she was talking through a mask, butwhen I asked her to confirm whether she meant lettuce, tomato and mayo she repeated their term impatiently while adding thefixins before passing me in to the cashier. It was as if she was saying to me, bro where are you living right now? Not sayingthis was her intent but that was my perception. Disappointing experience. Read more

Cold subs are good, and I would eat there again. But the sandwiches are not served on an Italian roll, i.e., Amoroso's bread... roll. Instead, they use a white roll. Read more

I like to order via the website so I can order ahead, and get my food and eat within my hour long lunch break. The past 3,... maybe 4 (cannot remember that far) times I've ordered from this location, the food was ready at least 10 minutes past when thewebsite quoted me. Normally I wouldn't consider this a major issue, but this time, when I placed my order on the website, ittold me that it would take 45 minutes to make 1 sandwich. I got my car's oil changed, with time to spare, before heading to therestaurant. I arrived 1 minute before my order was supposed to be ready, and it was clear to me that they didn't beginpreparing my order until I arrived and asked for it. It took another 10 minutes from that point. Needless to say, I was lategetting back to work. I do not blame this restaurant for my being late to work. I blame myself for choosing this particularJersey Mikes, when I knew they had a history of not getting the food prepared within their own timeframe. Not to worry, I won'tbe making that mistake again. It's worth mentioning that I have ordered from other Jersey Mikes locations, through theirwebsite, and have never had an issue with any other location. Read more

UPDATE: To your response to me, I had already said NOT to throw it away so instead of you taking/touching my sandwich and... throwing it away, completely disregarding my request, all I asked was for the correct bread I ordered to be given to me and Icould have changed it myself. You made it into a health issue when I was just trying to prevent being wasteful and correct aproblem you created. STAY FAAAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wasn?t even upset that my order was made incorrectly today withRosemary Parm bread when it should have been on white. I just asked for the bread to be swapped out and the women there withcurly hair threw the entire sandwich away when I specifically said not too. Just give me the bread and I?ll do it, but sheignored me completely. I do like Jersey Mikes, just not the customer service here. Go to a different location! Read more

If the # 8 and 9 comes with bacon why does the staff ask if I want bacon? So when I ask if I was getting bacon the lady said... that's what I was asking? Oh ok then why you putting mayo on my sandwich I clearly said no mayo? They then take top bread offmind you mayo on those tomatoes um im allergic to mayo. The staff wasn't as friendly today. Normally I go after 5 but didn'twant to wait. I truly love their fresh sandwichs but today it wasn't that great. Was very disappointed. Read more

First time at this location but JM is my favorite sandwich spot. I go to all their locations in a few different states. This... location is by far the dirtiest I've ever seen. Junk all on the floor, piles of lettuce and other veggies all over the floor,the counter where they are working. It's gross. All the veggies has a mix of other veggies. The place looks like it hasn't had agood scrub down in ages. I mention how dirty it looks, the girl just shrugged and kept going. Ewe!!! Not much friendlinesseither. Usually if you give a tip, you will hear them all say "thank you". These people act like they don't care about theplace. No smiles and seems like they are not very happy employees. I get it, nobody wants to really work but this sure is notthe typical Jersey Mike's vibe. Starts from the top. Should probably look into how these employees are being treated. Maybe? Idon't know but something should change. I watched a woman explaining what she would like (adding to her original order) andasked the employee if she was going to stop making the first order she placed, the girl replied with attitude "why would I dothat". I've been coming to this location for about 3 years now. I've never had any issues up until my last three visits. Typically I... order through the app and come pick it up. The past two times I've done this I've waited an additional 10 to 20 minutes for myfood. These past few times the orders have also been incorrect. On one occasion I went to pickup food for my boss and I and hehad specific instructions on his sandwich. I entered those into the app so the employees would be aware of his requests. Iwaited am extra 20 minutes after the time the app had told me. The employees making the sandwich had also messed up his orderand didn't apologize or offer any way of fixing the situation. When I told them about his requests they told me it wasn't in theapp and when I showed them the recipt they pretended like the instructions weren't there. I. just placed an order online and Iended up waiting an hour for my food with my order messed up again. I'm not one to leave reviews about a location but at thispoint it's gotten ridiculous. I have been going to jersey mikes for years and this is the only location that I've experiencedthese issues. Read more
