Edited: Brock reached out to me and we got this straightened out. On the next order, they were better with the service and... generous with trimming. I appreciated it. I really do like Jersey Mike's. I will return. Thank you, Brock. I ordered two boxesof sandwiches, variety... one sandwich was veggie. I opened it and it had cheese, lettuce, and half slice of bell pepper. 2ndsandwich had 2 and half slice of bell pepper. Bell pepper isn't expensive and they weren't generous with it. Verydisappointing. I also asked for mustard and mayonnaise. It was written down...It was not in the bag with the order. Had to goback to get them. They gave us an apology cookie. The ladies who work at this location made my first experience so great. Their very friendly and positive attitude made my day.... They gave me so much information and helped me to choose my first order which was delicious. Definitely will be back. Read more
My husband went to pickup sandwiches for lunch and when he came home he began telling me how absolutely rude the employees were... that worked at this location. I asked for a Regular Veggie sub mikes way add bacon - I figured this was easier than ordering aBLT add two types of cheese and green peppers. The ladies who worked there immediately began to laugh and make comments like"Bacon on a veggie sandwich?" "I have never in my 9 years of working here had the veggie sandwich" and laughing. What kind ofcustomer service is that - that you feel so comfortable making comments about peoples orders while they are uncomfortablywaiting. AND HE TIPPED! I just can't understand why any of these women who were working felt any kind of need to make fun whenit's literally YOUR JOB. Terrible location, tried to get a hold of them multiple times via phone to make changes to my order and they just don't answer,... or even attempt to help their customers or make things right. Nothing more than a company with mediocre employees that makebelow-average sandwiches. Go to Cheba Hut or Jimmy Johns instead. Read more
The customer service at Jersey Mike?s on balboa is TERRIBLE!! I will NEVER come back to this location. The employees are all... miserable and it shows!! Upper management needs to implement a mandatory customer service class. They wanted to charge me for2 sandwiches because I asked for ham instead of turkey on the Cali club.. all of the other locations do it without a problem. Also, when you order a hot sandwich they do not offer to add any other topping?s. What the employees don?t understand is that we(the consumer) are the reason they get a check. Read more
I?m giving this jersey mikes location a 5/5 because it was the best experience and best sandwich I?ve had yet. Immediately as i... walked in the lobby around the time they were about to close, i was greeted by two young woman and automatically felt welcomed.As i approached the line with a couple other customers in it, i thought i was going to have to wait 10 or so minutes but theyhandled the line very well and i was impressed. When it was my time to order the lady slicing my meat was very polite and had agenuine conversation with me as she was making my sandwich. They both looked like they were working hard while still givinggreat customer service skills. I will definitely be revisiting this location again! Read more
So frustrating Ive ordered from here 2x in the last few weeks as I just moved to this area and BOTH times my order was missing... items and/or incorrect. Both times I've ordered from here they have shorted bags of chips from my order. For my recent order -the sandwhiches were also not made correctly as one sandwhich was suppose to have grillen onions and the other grilled onionsand green peppers but BOTH sandwhiches had grilled onions and green peppers. Having extra green peppers on one sandwhich andforgetting chips, may not seem like a huge deal but this is not what was order and..believe it or not attention to details DOMATTER! If management cared about this business they would correct these issues as im clearly not the only one who has had lessthan quality service from this Jersey Mikes location.
