Took 35 minutes to get my one sandwich order for pick-up.

This location is just terrible. My wife and I got a sub from here at least twice a week for the last couple months, and only a... handful of times, did we get good service. The staff is always running around like they know nothing. Just got a CA club todayand got half the ingredients on it. We ordered it Mikes way and didn't get ANY of it. Very friendly staff and just great subs. The Rosemary Parmesan bread is very good with a number of the sandwiches.
