The worst customer service by Josh Green, he needs to be retrained. Let me tell you what happened I have a coupon on my phone,... he tells me after the sandwich is made he will not take my coupon and he needs a physical coupon but they have taken it in thepast and he has a stack of coupons in his hands but he doesn't offer one to me because I tell him this is terrible customerservice. This guy has long hair in a ponytail, nothing wrong with that I have the same hair style but in food service you need ahair net and hat. His position is director of marketing assistant. supervisor. Exceptional service I can't say enough about Jordan and George It was close to closing time and they took the time to make sure... our orders was what we asked for . That's customer service.. Store hours show open till 3pm on Google. I placed an order through UberEats and when the driver showed up the restaurant was... closed. Either they closed earlier or didn't update their hours with Uber Eats. Either way now I have to wait another 30 mins toget some food. What a waste of time. Read more

To not take bill's larger than a 20 is completely ridiculous. I don't care if the 100 is the most commonly counterfeit bill out... there. The amount of business you do and the prices you charge should allow you to afford all kinds of counterfeit detectionmethods. My total for my order was nearly 20 dollars for a large sandwich, drink and chips. The businesses around you there arenot happy with your policy either. Customers go to other eating establishments to get change and they say that we don't givechange for Jersey Mike's. There isn't a convenient bank either. I am positive your sandwiches are tasty and filling. But I didleave that location with a bad taste in my mouth. Total waste of a lunch hour. Read more

Funny thing is I have been working in miramar for over 30yrs...this was my 1st time coming here and wow good service and they... due remember there customers.
