The employees are understaffed, there was a lot of confusion on who's drink what who's and what they ordered.

Guy who took my order didn't say anything other than "anything else"? after each item I ordered. Didn't get our names for the... drinks. The drinks were made quickly and the girl who brought them out said the names of the drinks then walked away. Then weget in the car and taste our drinks and realize how they were made so quickly. They were thin like a juice rather than asmoothie. Flavor wasn't good either. This crew clearly needs more training. And perhaps some personality. Read more

It is in a great location as we go to subway also that is next door, but the jamba juices are really watery so we chose to go to... other locations. Read more

As returning customers, I brought my girlfriend and myself to the Jamba Juice at 5175 LINDA VISTA RD. STE. 101, San Diego, CA... 92110 at about 1pm for a post workout smoothie and upon entering we were not greeted by the staff member named QUIN (QUINNCY?),a tall African American male with curly hair who was about 23 years old. We didn?t think anything of it, and waited to begreeted and for our order to be taken. He walks up to the register and just pulls his phone out and starts texting on it. QUINcontinues to just peer at us, not one word spoken. We thought it odd and began to order, and he continued to just roll his eyes.So I asked him, ?how is your day going??. He looks over at me and rolls his eyes AGAIN as he says ?it could be better?. So muchsmuggness and attitude it immediately took us off guard. As we were having a great day. He then walks to the back and beginslaughing loudly with his coworker as he pulls his phone out ONCE AGAIN and starts texting instead of taking our order.He comesout with our smoothies and hands them to use so rudely. We couldnt help but wonder, did we do something? After spending $20 onsmoothies, we felt uncomfortable drinking them. As we were leaving, I asked a simple question about my order and got told "NO!ITS FOR HIM!" full of attitude and all. I then express my feeling about how badly I was getting treated as the customer and QUINjust starts heckling us and telling us to leave? This was the first time in YEARS that I gave a 0% tip. I feel bad about thetip, but there was no way QUIN deserved that. For we thought perhaps he did something to them. Super disappointed in thisexperience enough to the point where I felt someone needed to hear this. Unacceptable. The large Chocolate Moo'd that I hadordered was so disgusting that I could not even stand drinking it. The drink is too thick and the liquid can't go through thestraw. I visited this location on 11/21 and there was a marathon going through the parking lot and they were slammed. The two workers... were very patient, kind and efficient. They were overwhelmed but kept their cool very nicely. Thank you! Read more

Wow this peanut butter mood was the best one I?ve ever had from jamba! Incredible! Also adding whey protein to the Razzmatazz... gives you a shake that tastes like a now-and-later. Clean place, Anna was nice, and had a nice outdoor area. Read more
