There?s a reason why this JJ has 2 1/2 stars on yelp. This location always seems to be out of something and have rude staff .... I?m guessing the GM does not know how to do inventory or place food orders , or perhaps he does not know how to properly trainhis staff ?.. Christian (white male , 5'10) GM is the most disrespectful GM I've ever met . All I wanted was to supplement myorder Bc I'm allergic , he could not be bothered . I placed an order here today through Jamba app online. I was told my order will be delivered at 6:33pm. I waited until 7:00pm... and did not received any ordered. I called the number for almost 2 hours and no one answered. My husband stopped by after workto find out what happened to my almost 45 dollars ordered and was told to contact postmate , which I don't understand when weordered directly through the website and not through postmate. So why am I contacting postmate when I did not place an orderthrough postmate? Read more
Even after breaking $100 there i was not allowed to use the restroom. You could say that its to "prevwnt vagrancy" all you want... but the truth of the matter is that i handed the employee a $100 bill, so clearly, I'm not a vagrant.
