Terrible service!!! The employee at the window was 100% rude!! After spending $50++ order was still incorrect. I asked for... condiments politely for the 2nd time and he actually looked at me very upset, took a deep breath and just got hand fulls andsaid "Here!!!" and left. Did not get the coupon after making the donation and it's NOT for the free fries!!! The service wasTERRIBLE. I believe he was a manager because of the different color shirt. I know they might be short staffed but that does NOTgive them a reason to be rude. I treat my customers in my business with respect because I want to be treated with respectanywhere. If they don't want to work or can't deal with the work stress they should not be helping anyone behind acounter. Hope something is done!!! Read more
Not very responsive to condiment requests. Ask for specific items and they were not accurate, glad we ate in. My friend ordered... chicken strips and received spicy strips, again glad we ate in so they could fix it. Plenty of space in this establishment.Pretty well clean and presentable. Read more
The service was horrible. I went through the drive through at 11pm on Wednesday 10 Aug 2022. It took forever for someone to... respond on the intercom. The attendant seemed to have an attitude & we waited in the drive through line for some to not purchaseanything. Read more
The food is good but the workers there need to leave their problems at home and not take it out on the customers, sounding like... their mad at the customers for whatever they got going on in their life. seriously so disappointing made me leave the drivethrough. Ended up at Popeyes they treat their customers with respect. Read more
9 times out of 10 food is good at this location but never order fountain drinks from here. The drinks appear to be purposefully... manipulated to limit the amount of syrup in the drinks. They mainly taste like carbonated water with a hint of flavor.Management needs to quit being cheap. I was told a couple weeks ago the machine wasn't working right and as of today it appearsto be the same so I don't believe there is a problem with the machine. Whatever the reason this store or any other store shouldnot be selling subpar drinks and ripping off the customer. Read more

I came and order tacos ???? and get no cheese or lettuce just plane !! The upset ness plus I order a ice Carmel mocha and... doesn?t taste like coffee ? they need to keep their employees on check making sure their doing their jobs good . Read more
What is it about this Jack in the Box that the prices are stupid overpriced high? Especially in this rundown area!? I didn't... realize I was paying for a $10+ breakfast burrito until I was asked to pay at the window. Jack is well known for cheap pricesand good food. These prices are not acceptable in any form.
