How do u rum our of diet soda at a fast food joint. I don't know, why nor ask this place. Ordered on there app system and when... I went to get my order I was told they were out of all diet soda. First time trying Jack in the box, I must say this was pretty good for a fast food place at the airport. I got a small burger... just to try it and I went back and got a chicken sandwich and another burger. Defiantly recommend. Read more
Very disappointed in my meal at Jack?s. Hamburger was slopped together with a huge piece of iceberg lettuce. It wasn?t even hot.... I could barely hold the sandwich to eat it. It was so messy. I ordered a root beer because they only one diet drin option. Thedrink had 2 or 3 pieces of ice and was at least an inch from being full. Almost $12 and it was slop. Service was just ok, it was fast but here is my sandwich. I don't need it to look like the commercial but this is crazy.
my orders are always wrong and when asked to correct orders they become defensive and have an attitude. The food presentation is... horrible. with tacos it looks like a spoonful of food is being served in tacos. Outside is always dirty with trash everywhere.not a safe place at night. Generally very good. They seemed short staffed but the counter guy was hustling to take care of customers. Kudos. Note that this... Jack does have a very limited menu. So no tacos or other 1 offs. Just the basic combo meals. Also this places charges 2% foremployee retention. Although I get the idea that we have a shortage of food workers, those costs should all be within the costof the food itself. I get it but just comes off as an additional tax. Read more
Very delicious and juicy for yhe food id give 4 stars but management staff failed....the staff at the airport was lackluster and... the manager when asked for never came to the front to address my concerns instead they sent an employee to give them my emailaddress..but we don't talk about jack n the box oh no no..lol Read more
