The first: the women told she cant take cash, only card payment, the second they burnet the bun and disagree to change it. Only... words she told that: what you want me to do now?!?!? Says 24 hours on google but it actually closes at 8pm every night

First time going to Jack in the Box. Honestly it was pretty nasty. Fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was lukewarm. Never... thought I would say this, but I would actually prefer McDonalds to this as a fast food option. Read more

They screwed up our order. Ordered curly fries but instead they gave us regular fries. We also ordered 2 different burgers but... they screwed that up too, pretty positive they gave us someone else's order. Don't recommend eating here. Read more

Food was cold, service was even colder. Nobody would come to the front register. You had to order your food at the kiosk. The... kiosk wouldn't print my receipt, when I asked the employee is she could print my receipt she said her boss wasn't there and shecouldn't print out a receipt. Nobody on a shift can print out a receipt? Tried to get a refill and was rudely told no after Iwas waiting 5 minutes to get one. Bad food and even worse service. First, this Jack in the Box (location in the airpprt) is open. However they are struggling big time and customer service seems... to have hit rock bottom. I ordered a fountain drink via the kiosk up front thinking that would be the quicker way to ordergiven the actual line had 5 people in it. I was wrong, after ordering I spent the next 20, no kidding 20 minutes waiting to getmy large diet coke. At the 15 minute mark I got in line and once to the counter I asked about my drink and gave her my trackingnumber and she ignored it and said she would get it here and now; from there it took an additional 5 min for her to focus on myorder and finally complete it and bring it to me. The hard part is she wasn't alone, there were other worker's in the backmaking food, other employees came out of the office to get themselves drinks and go back to office as well as the shift managerwalked through the back just looking at everyone but doing nothing and what appeared to be the site owner came out and wastalking with the people preparing food , they saw the line line which was about 20 at this point but did not do anything to helpor move the crowd through. I'm open to any reason but from what I saw and heard today you just didn't care and weren't concernedabout getting customers there orders in a timely manner. Next time I'll go down to CPK next door and get a fountain drink. Showme where its acceptable for the customers to wait 20 min to get there food and I'll consider coming back, otherwise there areother vendors who care about getting the product to the customer as quick as possible and that's where I'll be. Flying from Cali to Denver, stopped here for a quick bite and didnt expect it to be the highlight of my morning. The food was so... hot I had to wait a second and the staff was friendly... At 6am!
