I waited in line for 10 minutes the lady gave me my order the fries were cold I told her and she gave me a free small (instead... of giving me fresh large fries) I drive off thinking my order was completed. I get to work and instead of giving me the chickenstrips I paid for she gave me stuffed jalapeños. I tried calling but the phone was disconnected I drove back to jack in the boxwaited another 10 minutes. Asked to speak with the manager she told me that she wasn?t there I asked for a refund. I paid withmy card they had trouble doing the refund but they ?figured it out? I asked for a receipt and they did no give me one becausethey needed to keep it. I look at my bank account the next day and they did not do the refund. I tried calling the store and thephone is disconnected They are so unprofessional. Read more
It's 852 at night. I walked over to the closest Jack in the Box for the elderly man I'm taking care of. He was wanting a Jack in... the Box milkshake. I walked up to the building and all entrances were locked when it is clearly posted that you close the diningroom at 10pm. That's over an hour from now. When I knocked I was told they could not take my order unless I ordered it onlineand had it delivered or I could go through drive thru. She says she has no cashier to take my order. That's bogus. I came thru got a plain burger for my pup, a medium regular fry, medium drink, and mini pancake order for myself. They were out... of cherry coke- no big deal. They didn?t give me syrup, no ketchup that I requested twice, and my fries were half old curlyfries half old straight fries. I got to the car wash, realized, washed my car then went back. They were very nice andapologized. I got my replacement order. Pull out, open it up. Large CURLY fry, still no ketchup instead a whole lot ofstrawberry jams. I still have the picture. I did get the syrup the second time after wasting gas and my dog liked his burger butJesus Christ. ???? Jack is never disappoints! By far my favorite restaurant everywhere I travel to. Food was great like always! Customer service... was great. Just took a little long to give us our food but then again we did order for a whole big family ????. Thanks for thegood food n service ???????? Read more
