I ordered a Breakfast platter Bacon. Sausage. Eggs. pancakes hash browns and Coffee. The only things the employee forgot to... put in the syrup. Salt & pepper. Folks. Butter ketchup. For the Coffee she put the right amount for it. There were nothing tostir the Coffee with. Idk if she was working alone or what. I knew I should have checked my bag. Honestly... probably one of the worst Jack's in SD. I think they're trying to turn it around. They had a manager there that came... from the corporate office last time I went. They have a really high turnaround with employees. The food is almost never madevery good. Takes forever to get through the drive-thru. I mean, one time they were out of fried eggs, but they had scrambledeggs... so my wife got a breakfast jack with scrambled eggs instead. The cook that prepared it literally put a slice of cheesebetween two pieces of bread and handed it to us. Seriously. Smh. Read more
After a long day I had all I wanted was Jack in the Box. I ordered my meal, she only asked me if I wanted one kind of sauce... even though I also ordered egg rolls which for me I need sweet n sour sauce. I asked for it, then asked if both sauces were inthe bag. Which she replied yes! Guess what there was only one kind. I drove around waited in line again. At the intercom Itold her what I was back for. She did not even reply or say pull forward nothing but then I hear her take the order behind me. I get to the window only for her to tell me she is out. So I asked why did you tell me they were both in the bag and now yourwasting my time and gas cause I had to wait behind a long line only to be told you are out. I do not know what her problem wasbut I was very polite from ordering to pick up like I always am. I am not happy with the service I received tonight. She needsan attitude adjustment! They didn't let me in to wash my hands on the bathroom, they said is for employees only, even though there is a sign that says... "bathrooms are for Jack and the box costumes only " Read more
Drive thru was pretty quick. About 5 cars in front of me and I was through in about 10 mins.
Only wanted a chicken sandwich. First they're credit card machine wasn't working. Went back with cash and they're system... wasn't working. The 3 girls who were working there ran to the back when I tried to order. I could see them hiding. I usuallydon't shop here because the homeless population today their employees reminded me why customers stop coming here. Jack if theseladies don't want to be here send them home. Read more
Many things went wrong during my visit this morning. First of all, this location has consistently awful service. After you stand... there waiting for 5-7 minutes, you may have to knock on the window, hard and loud, before somebody notices you. This morning wasno exception as I went to order a triple cut burger only to be told I couldn?t. So then I ordered a buttery bacon jack. I wastold I couldn?t order that either. So finally I begin to go down the list and settled on a sourdough jack combo with curlyfries. After waiting an extended period of time (without a drink while I wait), they bring me the wrong order. Regular friesinstead of curly. Now I have to wait a few more minutes just to receive burnt curly fries. I ask for ketchup and he gave me 3salsas. To add insult to injury, the sourdough Jack was disgusting due to excessive mayo and ketchup making this pink sludge,literally dripping from the sandwich. The horrible attitudes and service at this location, during this shift need a completeoverhaul. Read more
It?s supposed to be 04:30 am to 03:30 am hours and when I arrive at 05:30 there?s no one inside, wet floor signal on the drive... thru, I still wait out to see if someone gets me my order, and as a surprise for me the only answer that I get is that?s closed?Stop lying about the place being 04:30-03:30.
