My friend I were waiting a good 5 minutes for someone to help us and the there was 5 employees just starring and hiding behind... the desk & we heard them say " you help her it's your turn" and no one came we only used the restroom was so dirty no paper nopaper towels horrible soap when I came out we were completely ignored by the staff this was at 8:41pm 10/27 awful way to work. Jack in the box is good for a quick and fast drive-thru experience food is typically just light the Jack in the box five blocks... away but it's the service and ease of coming and going from this restaurant that I rate. Read more
Got a burger and my partner got a chicken sandwich. Both were average for Jack in the Box. We ordered a shake as well, which... took a long time for them to make, but they gave us an extra dessert for free to apologize, which was very nice of them. Thesoda machine was out of a lot of diet drinks but they gave fills at the counter. Helpful and friendly employees. Read more
My visit was quick and my service was great! Bathrooms can be a little cleaner but I blame that on the guest, it's difficult to... handle the restaurant and clean after dirty guest every 5 minutes. It would be nice if we can all help throwing our trash wereit belongs. Read more
I try to like Jack in the Box, it reminds me of the good old days. This place has a soda pop machine that has 25 to 40 different... types of Coca Cola products. That being said on this day they only had Diet Coke and Water. They were out of everything else. Iordered a Chicken Combo and it was OK. They have free parking, drive thru, but no place to lock up your bicycle. Read more
They are really slow. The mess up the order and blame it on the customer. When you try to explain it to them they don't want to... hear it. They tell you that is the reason for the reciept. Read more
