In all my twenty years of living here and the many reluctant nights of me having to drive here to eat, I have yet to receive a... meal that was correct, despite my many attempts to make it easier on them, from getting a burger how it comes, to just orderinga fry, to just asking for a patty and a bun. Yet they still haven?t been able to successfully to complete their task. Checkingyour food before you leave doesn?t help because they just mess up their reattempt as well until your hunger wins over and youjust leave with whatever you just so happen to get. I made it a game with some friends calling it the ?roulette bag? because younever know what you might get. If you have to come here like me just expect to be disappointed and try to make the best of it. Read more
I've been going to this location for 20 years. I live a block away. It used to be ok. Since the advent of delivery apps, it has... gone horrendous. Just tonight, for a bigger order, I explicitly asked (and said pretty please) multiple times for 18 specificsauces, and we received zero. Now, some of this lands on Door Dash (also a bunch of idiots), but really ... Zero!?? Not onlythat, not the order was straight-up missing multiple items as well... That I paid for!! This jack in the box is a good one. Professional staff, quick service and fresh food. My tacos were sooo good just hella fresh... even at 2am. Warning: the mini churros are like crack. You will become addicted, so budget $2 extra for every subsequent visithenceforth should you choose to get them. Read more
didn't get my receipt, workers didn't seem super friendly, like they just wanted to get their customers out of the way. food was... good, but the girls ponytail/bun wasn't tied up properly so i felt lucky i didn't get hair in my food. pretty dirty drivethrubut i goes it's because it's a busy place? but their dumpsters were wide open and the parking lot had a STRONG scent to it (nota good thing) Read more
This location is constantly messing up my order! Last time, I ordered off the Jack App and was told when I got there that they... were out of shakes, which they didn?t know how to refund me because they didn?t know how to use the app.. when I took off Irealized that I was missing my 7 piece jalapeño popper .. So there went almost $10 that I never got refunded, even aftersubmitting a claim on their website.. this time they told me they were out of shakes (this location seems to be out of shakesevery time I go??) and that was fine, but realized I didn?t have my tacos after I got home. It's fast food ??????? just like any other it's hit or miss. We went twice first time our burgers (all three) were cold second... time everything was good. It's not terrible it's not great, it's fast food. Read more
Bad customer service. They forgot two orders of curly fries making us go back to order them. Put pickles on cheeseburger when... specifically asked not to. They do not have a large selection of drinks. Don?t waste your time here. Read more
