DO NOT GO!! LONG wait times, unprofessional, cold food, and was told by the rude lady at the window ONE RANCH PER ORDER even... though I had a lot of items. Been eating Jack for 20 years and never heard that BS. They also go CASH ONLY real early everymorning so employees can steal from the restaurant. Drive an extra 1-2min to Jack on Genesee Ave near Balboa. Excellent servicethere and all the ranch you want!!!! Never again. Read more

Hot food reasonable, quick service and wide variety. I got two tacos best for 1.49 on 43 bus stop. Clairemont Square Mall one... block. Be happy and well Fed. Be clear youvwant no extra s. Get a super and plain egg croissant sandwich with no sausage and nocheese. A low density lipid meal for senior or anyone health conscious. OMG most jacks. Only 1.50. Plus tax. Read more
Got a spicy chicken, after few bits my wife felt it was discusting. the meat seemed to have gone bad. I went back to the... resturant I was told 'we give you another sandwhich when I told them it is not only about the sandwich but lack of care forcustomer safty time, I told them am fine for replacement if it is not same bad meat. A supervisor jumped in saying all we got isfresh food here, and we reimburse you! supervisor was rude in her behavior. Besides I was not handed any return receipt at theend and only allowed to take photo for the refund bill saying we are diffrent. Will not go back to this restaurant. Read more
Smh the lady who handed me the food was sicker than a dog stuffy nose & puffy eyes.. and the fries they gave me were literally... rock hard. This place obviously dosent care about anything. Literally gave me fries that had to at least been a few hours old.Not even under a heat lamp? ... Avoid this spot if possible. Read more
I like the free Jumbo Jack promotion when the Padres hit a home run, but this location has the store lobby closed and they can't... even mix a shake properly. Take a look at this picture of the "chocolate shake" they handed me. Update: "We will look intothese concerns and get back to you. Please fill out our contact form on our website" I filled out the form, it's now three weekslater and they have not yet contacted me. Many companies have a social media contact that monitors and responds to reviews, butoften times that's as far as it goes, even when they ask you to contact them so they can supposedly follow up. Ordered tacos WELL DONE and got some soggy old tacos. Terrible! This is the only Jack that has given me such old crappie tacos.... Seems like the cook just doesn't care. Read more
