I was only in the.drive thru service part of this Jack. The wait wasn't long which doesn't explain why my food was cold. It was... about less than 5 minutes between the time I ordered and I picked up my food. It was like I got food that was sitting around.Not too good of an experience. Read more
It was a pleasant experience, but all orders were being processed as "to go" orders. Was not asked if was for here. Food order... was correct. Tables were not cleaned in a timely matter, but then again it was the lunch hour rush. Staff was extremely nice andaccommodating. Too expensive for the quality. Read more

I ordered a Sourdough Jack for the first time in my life, and was met with a long strand of HAIR as I was two bites into the... sandwich. Imagine eating into this sandwich thinking that what you?re pulling on was a long strand of cheese but nope; it was adisgustingly long strand of hair that did NOT belong to me.
