I was only in the.drive thru service part of this Jack. The wait wasn't long which doesn't explain why my food was cold. It was... about less than 5 minutes between the time I ordered and I picked up my food. It was like I got food that was sitting around.Not too good of an experience. Read more
It was a pleasant experience, but all orders were being processed as "to go" orders. Was not asked if was for here. Food order... was correct.
