The food is what you would expect from an establishment such as this. A wide variety to choose from. They even serve their... French Fries two ways: regular or hot and fresh. I've stopped eating regular here because of the staff. The major deficiencieswhen it comes to customer service is near mind boggling. I've ordered food via the app, in person, and through the drive thru.The accuracy of me getting what I order runs about 70% If I bring this to staffs attention, I'm not met with a correction, butmore of an argument and rolling of the eyes after I produce a receipt. I witnessed one person order food and never received it.When he brought this to staffs attention, he was told he received it. He restated he did not. He was then told to leave or thepolice would be called and he would be arrested for causing a disturbance. He paid for food he never recieved. This is possibly the worst overall Jack in the Box i have been to. The food is "okay" but the swrvice is slower than... slow...mostly because the five preferential swrvice to the deive thru window customers.
