No offense but the lady of color was extremely rude not only to me but to other guests and employees as well. Please sit with... your employees and ask how they enjoy working with the " manager " I'm referring to? She is rude and will not only forcecustomers out of returning but also employees will quit rapidly and frequently. She was rude when dealing with a lady andslammed the window on her as well as myself. I told her that was inappropriate she said " so you ain't paying me''. I got homeand every item was wrong and the buns were intentionally Jr jumbo jack buns and all had a sticker " customer at window" whichwas unnecessary and I don't know if maybe it was so they knew which order to do something foul to? I will never return to thisplace! It used to be great.Mark is the only one I would return for and has never been rude. Even when I think my coupon wasexpired I think he honored it just to ensure my pleasure at his place of employment! They do a system update at 4ish am they weren?t taking any orders, except mobile orders, I go to the app try to place an order... for drive thru pickup and they switched it to drive thru only. So can?t order at all?this restaurant loses money oh well. I sitin the window to try and ask how for help, they see me but don?t acknowledge me, let?s me sit there until they have to move mefor another car to leave without placing an order like me. They take long, they are rude as hell, on DoorDash they take an hour longer, don?t call them because their phone number isn?t in... service. You might as well pull up an order at yourself. Make sure you ask for fresh fries because they will give you fries fromthe shift before. Worst service ever. Read more

I ordered a few things my sister ordered a cookies and cream shake with no whip cream and Cherry when she received her cookies... and cream it had whipped cream and cherries then she ordered a six piece French toast and one of the French toast looked allshriveled and then I asked for Splenda sugar they gave me regular sugar and her egg rolls I mean her French toast did not comewith the syrup so we had to ask them for syrup a few times and I asked for Splenda a few times and they didn't give me thecorrect sugar Read more
Poor service, discriminates against homeless and the poor or anyone that uses an EBT card. The black manager that works there... she's a doll let me tell you, when you could eat inside of the restaurant she took it the opportunity to bleach the floors withpure bleach right next to your table and right when your food came in to eat. Absolutely ???? pluses. Great customer service. Food was Hot. No complants?? On the other hand, The Jack in the Box on Federal... n Euclid in San Diego, needs to be taken off the map?????? I am saddened by the way the employee's allow people to congregate onthe property. People such as, PAN HANDLERS/DRUG ADDICTS, right on the side of the building, about 3 ft. away from the windowwhere the food is payed for and served out of. I was totally taken aback?? There should be secret shoppers that record this typeof activity. As well as monitoring the food and drinks served. The orders are never correct, food is not the correcttemperature. And the courtesy of the employee's are not good??I wonder, how in the world were they hired. ??????
