Tonight I came to the jack in the box on Plaza Blvd and I couldn?t believe what I witnessed. An employee was extremely rude and... dismissive to a disabled man who asked for a water cup. She looked at him rolled her eyes and said, ?I?m busy? and turned aroundand did nothing. I asked for her for the manager and she said she is the manager. She is not. She wasn?t even wearing a namebadge. Another customer also told me she?s rude to people who appear homeless. A man was having a medical emergency and acustomer went inside and asked her to call 911 and she said no. I will NEVER buy anything from this jack in the box ever again!!Finally she printed a receipt with her name on it after the disabled man?s sister told her she needed her name because she wasgoing to file a complaint against her for discrimination. The restaurants are doing their best and the food is as good as always. But I can't bring myself to understand why a whole menu... item is only available online. I get a coupon/deal being available through a proprietary app, but doing this with a whole menuitem and then forcing your storefronts to advertise it as though it's available, is just asinine. Jack in the Box off Bell rd an 12th Ave in Phoenix AZ, has just send us in the mail coupons that have already been expired for... nearly two months! What are you even supposed to do with that? Why even go through the trouble of sending out expired coupons.I can definitely say that if they don't even have the decentcy to put out valid coupons.. many will not even waste their time aswell as money. Drive up window: ME: cheeseburger, fries, chocolate shake. With the Spanish accent I was asked what? ME: Cheeseburger, fries,... chocolate shake., I was asked to repeat from a person with a Spanish accent. ME: Cheeseburger, fries, chocolate shake. Then Iheard Shake? Yes chocolate shake. Then up to the window I went. The line behind me was rather long and I was in a bit of a hurryso I just grabbed the bag and the drink. I ordered the Bacon Ranch Burger from JnB. Their burgers have downsized so much, it will barely keep my 2 year old satisfied.... Then you are charged the same price as if you were getting a full burger. Never again will I eat another burger from them. Youdo not make cuts to your consumers. No thank you. Went to the Box Saturday on Euclid Ave in San Diego and ordered $47 worth of food got home and they failed to give me our mini... taco order. I called and was told to drive all the way back for my food. They did give me extra tacos for my trouble. When wefinally got to the Curly fries you could tell that it was the scrapings from the bottom of the barrel there were no whole curlyfries and there were probably more half pieces of regular fries than curly fries.I ordered their loaded fries and if there was10 fries in the order I would be surprised. I was in the drive thru and I ordered the Meat Lover's Burrito without cheese no tortilla with a bowl and they was hardly... anything in the burrito. One slice of half a bacon and hardly any egg and one slice of ham. and this costed $5.79, for thisand I asked the girl (LUPE) I told her there is nothing in this bowl and I showed her. She told me this is the way it comes,and of course I told her I order this occasionally and the bowl was never this empty. so i requested my money back and when shegave me my money she threw the money on the counter and it wasn't even the amount what I paid for the burrito. Santa Rosa Sebastopol Jack in the Box is a joke. Not only did they give my $60 worth of food away to some random person, they... refused a refund, refused to make our food over. My husband and son were extremely upset, as they should have been, and uponthem being upset were humiliated by the staff because they were laughing and thought it was funny, then proceeded to call thecops on my family. Funny how the cop was on my husband's side about the situation and was baffled on why they did not refund usor make us our food. Disgusting and unprofessional. Read more
