Jack in the box has many good deals. I like it because I order 2 all beef parties and a side salad and make my own taco salad or... I order rice and 2pieces of chicken tender and 2 sweet/sour sauce and mix it together to make my own rice bowl. Umm good. Read more

Fast, Friendly, and a great group of young people. It's a pleasure going thru the drive-thru, I only have to tell them my order... once and it's right the first time. My orders have been correct 99% of the time. And if the food wasn't as I wanted or expectedit to be, the manager made it right. The employees are always polite and courteous, and have been flexible when I had asked fora favor on what coins I wanted for my change. They were happy to accommodate my small request, with a smile and the few extrapenny's I needed. That is good customer service, and that's what keeps me coming back. I recommend this fast food restaurantfor It's good customer service and the vast menu of things you can order. Saturday morning 2/26/22 Freezing cold morning.Headed over to get breakfast decided to go inside thinking the place would be nice and warm. WRONG. It's as cols as the outsidetemperature. I ordered a large coffee and the Loaded Breakfast sandwich with hashbrown. I am freezing inside the place. I'm nowso cold I'm starting to shake. Why did I ever get out of the car? I needed to use the restroom. Which had about an 1/8 rollleft on the one roller. Then no paper towels. Forced to blow dry. I was waiting to get the coffee, as the manager wasstruggling to unlock something. I had to ask again I'm freezing in here could you please get me the coffee. By the time I gotthe coffee and food I had gotten way to cold. Had to eat the food in the car with the heater on full blast. Cost me 30 minutesbefore I could drive. Okay may 15 minutes. Here I came to sit down to enjoy a breakfast in a nice warm restaurant, instead Ifind myself again sitting in front of the stearing wheel of my car eating breakfast. Damn Virus. And what's up Jack? Everytime we have gone to this Jack in the Box something has been wrong or missing. Today I was taking food to my son and his... friends at school, I ordered 4 Meals with 4 drinks. I asked for a drink carrier and was told they where out. The guy at thewindow had zero effs to give said it wasn't his problem.
