Came here wanting to have a fast drive thru during lunch unfortunately sat in line for over 35 minutes just to order food, line... behind me was close to 10 cars and 10 cars in front of me. I didn't know i was waiting in an olive garden line waiting to beseated. Read more
Beyond awful. 20 minute wait in the drive thru only to get a messed up order. Dr. Pepper instead of Coke, no fries, and a burger... slopped in mayo, ketchup, and pickles when a plain was ordered. This location has really gone downhill. The orders are hardlyever correct even though you confirm it on the screen. Thanks for making us late and asking if we wanted sauce 100 times. Deserves no stars. Dining room hours are listed at 6a-10p daily. At 7p front doors are locked, no manager on duty, staff said... there are only two employees when asked why. This was after the drive through messed up my combo order and left out the fries.13 mins to get fries. After using this location for 27 years I'll drive to miramesa if I want some JITB. Read more

I've been in this drive thru for over 20 minutes. (I'd have left, but there are people in front of and behind me.) I don't blame... the workers - from what I gather there's no more than two of them in there. If this store's leadership can't keep employees,they should consider paying them a living wage and treating them well. Maybe that'll prevent the kind of horrible turnoverthat's causing 20+ minute drive thru wait times. At least I know better for next time. Update: it took 34 minutes from the timeI reached the ordering screen until I got my food. Treat your employees better and your business might be able to function asintended. Read more
