They don't actually make the Ice Mocha Coffee, they suppose to have a separated jar for Mocha only, dated, but they give you the... vanilla one with 1 or 2 damn scoops of chocolate, not even shaked, can't taste the Mocha at all. I hate them. I work in thePostal Service across the street and I rather drive to Penasquitos to get it. I worked at Jack in the box for 7 years and I knowthey're not suppose to make those coffees like that. Total failed. Take more secret shoppers to failed them. Read more
I went to this location at approximately 11:20 pm and they were closed. This is supposed to be a 24hr location, yet the... restaurant was not open and several cars were waiting. There was a handwritten sign on the drive thru menu that said door dahand Uber eats only. However there was not anyone working in the restaurant. Read more

I was really disappointed with this Jack in the Box. I went through the drive thru and looking inside you can clearly see it was... SO filthy and gross. No one inside was wearing gloves while handling the food. The cashier was rude and unhelpful. When I openedmy Taco, you could literally see a bite mark!!! I called them AND even left messages with corporate, sent text messages to themanager who said he would review the video footage, and NOTHING almost two weeks late. I didn't eat my food of course becausethat's disgusting. They should shut this place down. Totally turned me off to Jack in the Box! Read more
