Disappointing and disguisting. I ordered the ?ultimate chesseburger? and I receive a bad looking cold bread with a cold meat in... the middle and some soread like a pus with blood, something really disguisting, not even close to what you could imagine like ahamburger. And this is no the problem becouse is question of preferences, it was my risk. The problem was I gently try to tellto the employee like a feed back for quality propuses, I didn?t ask for money back or other hamburger, and she handle thehamburger to tell me that is like that what they sell, and keep it, then bringme other (when I say I didn?t want it) I justwhanted to be listened trying to help the restaurant for quality propouses. But they don?t listen, just give you an other?hamburger?. Don?t take a risk, go to in-n-out, this are a real good hamburgers. Worse customer service! They ask if you want sauce then they make you wait in the parking lot to NOT give any sauces. Then it's... 24 house open? Only for drive thru. I ordered on the mobile app to pick up and I went inside and I waited for 20 minutes for my order I came up to the counter three... times and nothing until the fourth time I came up they gave it to me. But trust me I love my Jack in the box I love the food andit was my first job back in 1991 and I loved it.
