What ever you do try to avoid this jack n the box go to the one in poway! This a poverty run franchised the owner is probably... very cheap I ordered a southwest salad and they gave a salad that did not look like the original salads you get at a normal jackand they put a small piece of chicken that wasn't cooked right the only thing correct was the sauce. I had other similar issuesbefore as well as orders taking long and not getting something I ordered. They need people to work the register for the customers inside, it has once taken 7 minutes of me standing there waiting for... someone to take my order and I was the only one in line. It's like the drive-thru line is faster but they don't accept EBT fordrive-thru payment. Read more

No A/C in hot summer. Very unkind staff who was still counting cash in front of me and not even taking order, saying "please... wait". Not even asking whether my order is for here or to-go. This place is just pathetic. Read more
Used to be fantastic, all new staff, maybe they're still learning but if hold off until they get it together. Food is still okay... (just okay), but service was so slow and messed up my order 2 days in a row, so not a fluke, apparently is the new norm.Disappointing Read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This location is the absolute worst. Abysmal service at every level, from the kitchen staff to the management. I... have not received the correct order any of the last three times I've ordered from here. I have never once received any responseto online feedback via their website, despite completing it each time. I'm betting they'll still post a response to this veryreview telling me to go to their website to give feedback, indicating that they go out of their way not to pay attention tocustomer feedback.
