I used to go to the old location when I worked down the street off Morena . I usually always went for the chicken wings and the... meatball trio. The meatball trio had three meatballs with three different sauces and it was so good and of course the wings keptme coming back because they are the best in town!!!! I haven?t been to the new location even though it?s been open a while. Iwas planning on going somewhere else next door for dinner tonight but I thought I would give it a shot since it?s been awhile. I was sad to see they no longer offer the meatball trio but I got the meatballs marinara that they now offer. Just notthe same. I have to be honest I wasn?t impressed with the meatballs at all. They were more like meat patties and not packed withflavor.Kind of reminded me of Costco crockpot meatballs but flatter. The wings are just like I remember and they did notdisappoint so I?m glad I came since it?s been years since I?ve have the wings. My server was very nice and attentive but themeatballs really disappointed. Overall $15 for chicken wings and $12 for meatballs cost me more money than it would have to getwhat I was originally planning on getting next-door. $15 for wings, definitely worth it just for the flavor! Don't go here on a Friday night for takeout when they're busy or when there's music outside. Food takes too long past reported... time on the app (25 min plus another 15) and the staff don't really acknowledge you, are unfriendly. One of the employees or the manager was so preoccupied and in a rush that he stepped in front of me to replace a menu to the stack on the counter as Ifinally picked up my food. We had loved this place at its old location, and we were worried that our big draw to it at its old location was the beautiful... patio. Luckily, we discovered that we ALSO really liked the food, and now that really shines. We got there around 5:30 anddespite being incredibly busy (line out the door at some points) the food came out incredibly quickly. Note that they have livemusic events just outside at the mall sometimes, and apparently they're super popular, so either avoid those nights or get thereearly. One more thing, SUPER DOG FRIENDLY! They churn out great pizza from an apparently super high temperature oven as my pie was ready before I could say Buona Terra,... which incidentally was the one I ordered. Dough is nice - crispy and blistered by the oven heat, which is exactly the way itshould be. Caramelized onions on my pizza had a bit more "bite" that I would have liked but all in all it was tasty and that'swhat matters the most. The gentleman who was helping me was very polite and attentive and made sure I was happy with myorder.
